Do I need an app?
No. The drawing opens in Chrome. There is nothing to install and no account to make.
How do I open a DWG from WhatsApp or Gmail?
First get the file onto your phone. In WhatsApp, tap the file so it downloads. In Gmail, tap the download arrow on the attachment. Then tap Open a DWG file on this page and pick the file.
Is it free?
Yes. Opening and measuring are free. Open as many files as you like, each up to 40 MB.
Free views of DWG and DXF drawings carry a light "Preview" watermark; a pass for the file removes it. Measuring works the same either way, and PDF pages never carry it.
Can I measure with my finger?
Yes. Press Measure and tap two points. To aim exactly, hold your finger on the drawing. A cross and a magnifier show the point above it; lift your finger to place it.
The drawing is hard to read. What can I do?
Press More and switch off the layers you do not need. Under Background, Black shows the drawing in its own colours on black.
What happens to my file?
